pt "template(bricks template)" "footer" "edit in bricks"
this command takes me to the creation of a new template.
Not the Bricks edit page for said template

Actually, where does this /blog prefix come from, can you show what your permalink settings look like?

    Is this a multi-site?

Can you check what the URL is when you hover over the link with the mouse?

I sometimes run into this (with different templates) and I think that it's a redirect bug in Bricks, because the URL always seems correct.

Haven't been able to track down if it's in Bricks, WordPress, CommandUI, or some combination of those yet.

Yes its basically the same as you pointed out above.

And I assume that's the same link when you hover of the "edit" link on the post list table, yeah?

This further hints at this being a bug in bricks.

    Hey,
It is not a multi-site. I had /blog/%postname%/ in the permalink. Not sure why.
I did remove that to the standard /%postname%/ and your utility now pulls up the bricks editor when requesting to edit a template (with Bricks).

Not sure if this at all helps...

Like your utility so far. <huge smile>

Thanks Robert, that's very helpful and gives me something to investigate.

@Nicholas A Arce Can you confirm if you have a similar permalink structure with a prefix on the site where you had issues?
